(JRI) for its partnership in advancing progressive public policy and social justice for individuals with disabilities.    Chapters: Berkshire County Arc for Building Partnerships and Advocacy Brockton Area Arc for Outstanding Efforts in Community Building and Advocacy The Arc of the South Shore for Community Building and Advocacy and strengthening community   Third Joseph Andrade Award for Leadership:  Frederick J.
