28th Annual Distinguished Citizen Awards

Jim Braude of NECN News helped The Arc of Massachusetts honor twelve individuals and organizations at the 2010 Distinguished Citizen Awards ceremony at the State House on September 16, 2010. The recipients were recognized for their contributions in advancing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
