The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) will be holding hearings on its emergency regulations on eligibility determination on November 15 from 1-4 pm in Worcester (details below). DDS staff are welcoming input from families, self-advocates and organizations on the new regulations. You can also mail or fax in your testimony. You will be able to view testimony of The Arc by Monday, November 5. You can read more about the hearings here.
