Arc commends Patrick Administration on plan to promote community living options
Sept. 12, 2008 - The Patrick Administration releases the Commonwealth's first Olmstead Plan, which includes an action plan to provide community supports and access for people with disabilities and elders.

After three years of work from advocates within the disability community, the Massachusetts State Legislature formally adopted rules renaming the Joint Committee on Children and Families to the Joint Committee on Children, Families, and Persons with Disabilities....
